Ordering:

All orders must be placed online via this website.

When you place an order for a product you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these terms and conditions.

When you place your order you will be sent an email to confirm that we have received it. These email confirmations are sent automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive this automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to fulfil that order. We will then check availability of the product(s) ordered. If the product(s) is available and the details of the order are correct, you will receive an email once the product(s) is despatched. If the product(s) is not available we will also notify you by email. In the event of a product not being available the payment for the product will be refunded in full.

We may cancel an order if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at our discretion. If an order is cancelled, you will be notified by email and any payment made for the product(s) will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.

Price:

All prices quoted on our site are in UK pounds.

We try to ensure that the prices on our site are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the product(s) in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the email address you have supplied us. You will have the option to re-confirm your order at the correct price or to cancel. If we are unable to reach you the order will be cancelled. If an order is cancelled, any payments made will be refunded in full.

You will be notified automatically of delivery charges before you make your payment.

Payment:

Payment must be paid at the point of ordering.

All payments are to be made via online payment methods or by using gift certificates.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our payment processor.

Gift certificates cannot be used for orders that have already been placed.

If the value of the order exceeds the value of the gift certificate, the balance must be paid at the point of ordering.

If you have more funds on the gift certificate than the total cost of your order the balance will remain on the gift certificate for future use.

We always try to keep our in stock figures as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee all products are available all of the time. If we cannot supply a product that you have ordered you will be notified by email and we will refund or re-credit your account with the amount debited by us.

General:

We may change or withdraw any part of our website, or may refuse you access to the site if we consider it necessary.

We may also terminate this agreement and immediately remove, cancel or suspend access to and use of our site upon any breach of these Terms whatsoever.

Termination will be without prejudice to our other rights.

If we do not enforce any provision of this agreement such will not be considered a continuing waiver.

In the event that any part of these terms is held to be unenforceable, such part will at our option will be construed as far as possible to reflect the parties' intentions and the remainder of the provisions will remain in force and effect.

These terms constitute the full agreement between you and us and may only be amended in writing. They apply to the exclusion of all other terms or conditions of contract proposed.

Use of our site and these terms are subject to the laws of England and the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
